- Price and Payment
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
For all orders with sottiandco.co.uk the price of the offer listed at the time of the order is in Pound Sterling (GBP). The prices specified are final prices in that they include in each case the statutory value-added tax (if applicable) as well as other price constituents excluding the shipping cost and local taxes and duties.
The payment methods for purchases as indicated in the ordering process are made available for you on sottiandco.co.uk. They are currently PayPal, Wechat pay, credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard).
All UK wide orders are shipped for FREE when the orders are over £100. Shipments are dispatched within 3 working days of your order being placed. Delivery can be expected within 2 to 6 working days of your order.
You must examine the Product on arrival before you sign for the Product to confirm delivery.
- Return/Refund Policy
We are confident that you will be delighted with the quality and style of our furniture but if you need to return any items due to product fault you can do so free of charge with the driver. We will only replace items with identical items, which means you cannot change size, fillings or fabric. Changes may be made at an additional cost, please request a quote from us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Following delivery, if you choose to return your item then please inform us within 14 days from the date of delivery and our delivery team will collect the items to be returned at the next available opportunity (subject to a 10% repackaging fee, collection fee plus delivery charges calculated in accordance to the travel distance and volume/weight of the item). We reserve the right of discretion to accept/refuse the return request of any product that portrays any visible signs of damage caused by the client. Once your return has been received, we will notify you via an email in regards to the reimbursed sum to your credit card or using the original method of payment. Products must be returned to us in a perfect saleable condition together with the original packaging, and we reserve the right to withhold part of your refund if there are any signs of wear or damage.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the access to the delivery address is given on the date of delivery. The customer is not entitled to reject the goods on the basis that the access and installation is not possible upon delivery. If normal access through a doorway is not available and any other means of access are employed such as removing doors or window frames, the customer will pay such additional charges.
It is not possible to cancel any order for Bespoke Products either prior to or after delivery. We are not obligated to take back these products, though may do so with the incurrence of a fee that is entirely at our discretion.
- Natural Wood Products & Items
Please note that natural wood products are more susceptible to cracking due to fluctuating temperatures – this is likely to happen in the UK due to hot summer temperatures and cold winters.
This is not a sign of the wood being damaged, however, it is a case of a clever natural product adapting to its environment. Within time wood cracks and splits will change and even become less visible during its adaptation to the environment.
Please note that our one year warranty covers damages and defect in the product but NOT the natural cracking of the wood, as this is the nature of the product.
We are able to recommend products that may help to prevent and hide visible cracking and splitting but we are not liable for this.
- Data Privacy Protection
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our stores, new products and other updates.
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
