UK Shipping

All orders are shipped for FREE within the UK when the orders are over £100. We charge a shipping fee of £6.95 for the orders under £100.

You must examine the Product on arrival before you sign for the Product to confirm delivery.

Return / Refund Policy

We are sure you will be delighted with the quality and style of our furniture but if you need to return any items due to product fault you can do so free of charge with the driver. We will only replace items with identical items, which means you cannot change size, fillings or fabric. Changes may be made at an additional cost, please request a quote from us at info@sottiandco.com

Following delivery if you choose to return your item then please inform us within 14 days from the date of delivery and our delivery team will collect the items to be returned at the next available opportunity (subject to a collection fee plus delivery charge applied to your order). We reserve the right of discretion to accept/refuse the return of any products supplied. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that you have been reimbursed to your credit card or original method of payment. Products must be returned to us in a perfect saleable condition together with the original packaging, and we reserve the right to withhold part of your refund if there are any signs of wear or damage.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the access to the delivery address is given on the date of delivery. The customer is not entitled to reject the goods on the basis that the access and installation is not possible upon delivery. If normal access through a doorway is not available and any other means of access are employed such as removing doors or window frames, the customer will pay such additional charges.

It is not possible to cancel any order for Bespoke Products either prior to or after delivery. We are not obligated to take back these products, though may do so with the incurrence of a fee that is entirely at our discretion.
